“Marcos Gago’s beautifully realized Woodland Dance presents a serene interlude in spite of the complex analytic process which brings a 12 color reduction linocut such as this into being. The technically attuned viewer appreciated the patterned textures throughout; and the color enthusiast sees a rich balance of warms and cools drawing the eye through the scene. As a lover of all three elements I was immediately taken by the totality of the work.”
